      Pros

      Great learning oportunities. Minimal politics. People here genuinely want to make a good product.

      Cons

      Really none. A lot of changes in management has happened in the electrical and software departmemts recently and life improved with them.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
