      Pros

      Knowledge Managements. The motivation of works, Innovations for the future C.N.C. Machines, Dependable and Reliable employees and Accountable Human Resources Staffs. The good consideration of the Managements for the employees and specially the BEST Company Benefits for all employees/families.

      Cons

      Company policies on Jobs descriptions manual sometimes are NOT being followed by the Managements. Exp: When the Economy was downside, some hard working dependable and reliable employees for 4 to 5 years working in the Company was Ignored at Work and Blind/sighted by managements just because Base on Seniority..

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
