      Pros

      Easy daily commute, very nice employees. A place to work if you just want to keep your head down and not speak to your peers. Also a place to work if you just need a job and have no career progression goals.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, technology is profoundly outdated, upward mobility is limited and seemingly given to those who happen to, "know someone" Low morale

      Pros

      Best in class conveyor belting. There are some good people that drive the company forward.

      Cons

      Due to issues with upper management and the business there is a very pessimistic work culture. Inability to deliver product, pricing issues, customer service problems, etc all contribute. This makes a superior product fall short, due to the reputation.
