      Good job positions for who is interested in sales; normal salary; solid company.

      Cons

      A lot of gossiping and discrediting in some depts (not all); the workflow is extremely disorganised; not so interesting for who comes from a high level technical education, especially if the job position comes from a sale hub.

      Pros

      Best in class conveyor belting. There are some good people that drive the company forward.

      Cons

      Due to issues with upper management and the business there is a very pessimistic work culture. Inability to deliver product, pricing issues, customer service problems, etc all contribute. This makes a superior product fall short, due to the reputation.
