The Customer Care team was an absolute joy to work with. Management was also always available and worked hard. Good work life balance.

Cons

Lack of training in the more detailed technical aspects of the product line. To be fair though, my job did not require that sort of training.

Best in class conveyor belting. There are some good people that drive the company forward.

Cons

Due to issues with upper management and the business there is a very pessimistic work culture. Inability to deliver product, pricing issues, customer service problems, etc all contribute. This makes a superior product fall short, due to the reputation.
