Great managment and also the best benefits, time off, and having the flexibility to think outside of the box always

Long hours and days, the work can get tedious but you make the most out of the day and night if you work nights

Best in class conveyor belting. There are some good people that drive the company forward.

Cons

Due to issues with upper management and the business there is a very pessimistic work culture. Inability to deliver product, pricing issues, customer service problems, etc all contribute. This makes a superior product fall short, due to the reputation.
