      Great team of people, new management in place working hard to move the company forward. Great pension contributions Pay pretty good Development opportunities at all levels and keen to promote from within Hybrid working Very supportive management team

      Pros

      Best in class conveyor belting. There are some good people that drive the company forward.

      Cons

      Due to issues with upper management and the business there is a very pessimistic work culture. Inability to deliver product, pricing issues, customer service problems, etc all contribute. This makes a superior product fall short, due to the reputation.
