      - Very large company selling well-known books - Market power with retailers, distributors, partners - Great atmosphere at work, colleagues are passionate about books and their work

      Cons

      - no promotion perspectives - very lean team so a lot of execution work even when we are supposed to work on more strategic issues - very lean budgets
