You will work short staffed with more and more expectations on documentation and ‘meeting metrics’ As of right now it looks like they’re taking away our last bone, bonus pay for providing top tier patient care and working out butts off to pass inspections with flying colors and maintain magnet status for the hospital. Department level management is a joke(in the ER) friends get promoted to ANM positions and there is little accountability on those ANMs once in their position. Toxic management encourages 40 year old women to bully staff nurses, techs, and doctors alike. Upper management fights fair compensation while paying out their own huge bonuses and wasting money on unnecessary things.
