Pros
Work with Some very talented people in field and strong networking . I found that the medical center was quite efficient in terms of the trauma center , but other areas were underfunded and this breed a culture of hostility
Cons
Too often the department's are run by less knowledgable and accredited people than the " new " workers in the field with more specific training and more accredited specialties that were not part of the game when the radio first was invented . I use the term game because these dinosaurs tend to play games and ultimately see the writing on the wall , so they must hand In as long as possible even at others expense
