Pros
Teaching hospital, a lot of opportunities to learn
Cons
-the lower your education and social skills, the higher chance you will get promoted to become a manager of some sort (too many unqualified people are on top) -backstabbing on a daily basis. The more you backstab and rat about your coworkers, the higher the chance you will get promoted (you need to quack like they want you to though) -don't be too good at your job- someone will feel threatened and you will eventually get fired. Forget the reason for being fired, they will find one -gossiping everywhere by everyone, the more the merrier -right hand doesn't know what the left one is doing. You can't have anything done, you will be shooed off till you lose your patience...and even though, you still won't have anything accomplished, instead you will be labeled "arrogant" and "rude" (unless you know how to deal with idiots- again, unqualified) -if you complain, but it is not a good time for them to fire you (because no normal person would be willing to accept the job) they may keep you and in fact give you a "supervisor" title... so you can proudly go and upgrade your ID badge... now shut up and work like a dog (after all you just got "promoted"). Don't worry, you will get fired at THEIR convenience
