Good benefits, will reimburse some education expense

Cons

Awful HIGHLY unsafe staffing ratios, can be 1 tech for 34 patients and receive the same pay, 1 RN for 8 patients, HR and management constantly pass the buck and do not care for your concerns, higher up's always looking for negative instead of how hard you are working and what you are doing great for the patients, no fair raises and compensation for amount of work done, PTO requests rarely approved, left on your own to figure out benefit packages/PTO/Holiday time and any other detail with a part or full time position
