      Pros

      Work culture and work life balance is top-notch! If you are looking for learning something new in lines of technology this is the right place.. People here are helpful and motivated when if comes to work and fun too. Hackerearth can be your stepping stone to a fruitful career start. Salary is market standards. Youthful crowd and awesome teams.

      Cons

      Career growth is one of the main area's concerned for most of the employees including me. Lack of training (soft skill, communication, basis email writing etc . Long distance traveling.

      Thanks for giving us the feedback. We understand that there are some processes that we need to introduce. We are working on competency mapping and career progression in this quarter.       Fast paced, no cap, emerging technology and enterprise clients. COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE.

      Pros

      There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      Cons

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
