Hi, thanks for taking the time to write this review & I'm really sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience working in the marketing team. We've worked so hard to create a company where people are valued and feel empowered to succeed and grow. It's unfortunate that our efforts did not meeting your expectations. On some of the concerns raised, yes we do agree team bonding is imperative to have within/across all teams and I think a significant amount of progress has been made on that front [internal team division]. On having interactions only in Hindi , we'll take it up and fix it. On HR not conducting 1:1's , we have time and again, asked the team to share their feedback and ensure there is open dialogue , ideas shared are always taken into considered and the right forum is provided for all to share their ideas as well. We have a strong team who work relentlessly and do believe in growing together as a team.
