The pay is great and the office perks are nice. Coworkers are all pleasant people, well-meaning & talented.
Cons
The executive and mid-level management team are unbelievably unorganized and communicate extremely poorly. I've been with this team for a few months now and have yet to hear what our goal or objective is. There are no performance metrics and no published deliverables. None of the contributors in the department have any clue what we're supposed to be doing no matter how many times clarity has been requested from the leadership team. Middle management repeatedly attempts to get contributors to develop high level strategy instead of providing those goals but also rejects projects frequently when folks attempt to take ownership & drive physical progress.
There is no cohesive vision nor even a high level development goal in place and therefore the ground-level folks are left in a state of chaotic indecision.
I would not recommend working here.
