Pros

-Everybody owns their function. Results in strong accountability and operational execution at a speed that is unmatched in the industry Leadership - Chris and the exec team work incredibly hard, and are tough but fair on their reports. Excellence is expected here. -Great culture - people are really smart and want to be here. I learn a lot every week working with my coworkers. -Incredible data literacy as a company - everything is tracked, measured, reported on, etc. Almost every decision made is rooted in very sound fundamental thinking. -Lunch is comped with a lot of options every day -Great snack selection

Cons

-WFH is very, very discouraged here except for extenuating circumstances. This can be very hard on the employees who have longer commutes. For those of us that live close by, it's not a big deal -Other typical startup/scaleup growing pains. A lot of "brute force" business functions are starting to be replaced by teams/software, but every person carries some extra work as the company gets to that point.

Pros

The pay is great and the office perks are nice. Coworkers are all pleasant people, well-meaning & talented.

Cons

The executive and mid-level management team are unbelievably unorganized and communicate extremely poorly. I've been with this team for a few months now and have yet to hear what our goal or objective is. There are no performance metrics and no published deliverables. None of the contributors in the department have any clue what we're supposed to be doing no matter how many times clarity has been requested from the leadership team. Middle management repeatedly attempts to get contributors to develop high level strategy instead of providing those goals but also rejects projects frequently when folks attempt to take ownership & drive physical progress. There is no cohesive vision nor even a high level development goal in place and therefore the ground-level folks are left in a state of chaotic indecision. I would not recommend working here.
