Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Naturally we were hoping for more than 1-star, especially after being with us for more than ten years! As you mentioned, our walk-in rate is great and HC is a great place to meet guests...although we hope that you get your book and stay with us! The free education is real and great and allows you to be as individual and creative as your guest allows - we can't provide cutting edge style and color on someone who does not want it...we must provide each guest with WOW service that is tailored to their needs. Thanks for your advice to leadership. We not only listen, we take action - as a result of feedback from salon professionals we not only updated our color line, we have made thoughtful investments in technology to help every salon professional earn a better living.
