Pros

They claim to be, "The Love Company". They have a lot of ideas to make salon professionals and salons successful. They offer lots of education.

Cons

They pay attention to those with happy stories and who are succeeding instead of those who are struggling and begging for support. There are overworked salon leaders who are very underpaid. No major medical insurance, just supplemental.

Hi Salon Leader, thanks for leaving a comment - your advice to leadership is very thoughtful and heartfelt. Yes, it is easy to celebrate and pay attention to the happy stories, but stories like yours are equally if not more so important to us. We strive to do the things that you suggest, but it seems like we missed the mark for your location/district. Please, please reach out to the home office or your Regional Leader so that we can partner with you on a go-forward plan. Sincere thanks for all that you do!

It's wonderful to hear that you love our team atmosphere and feel supported in your career development. We know that a busy salon brings its fair share of fast-paced stress, and we appreciate your ability to handle the rush so beautifully. Thank you for everything you do for our clients in Jacksonville! Gustavo Serbia, Chief Human Resources Officer

Pros

Close-knit group of coworkers, casual/relaxed management style, busy location

Cons

not much flexibility for schedules (have to work late nights), color line is limited and low quality, no support from upper management and salon needed a lot of updates that I think have been taken care of now, but were left in unacceptable condition for a long time. Also, not enough structure to who takes walk-ins, which led to laziness, drama, and bad customer service.
