Pros
continued education classes vacation pay 401k good selection of hair products salon I worked at was newer and clean steady flow of customers because of low prices, down side to this you need to do more cuts color ect to make money
Cons
huge push to sell products other employees smoking in the back room which gave me horrible headaches on feet most of the day most days I didn't take a lunch, many clients would get upset if you told them you would be right with them you just needed to take 5 minutes to shove some food and drink in because you were starving and had not ate all day
