Thanks for letting us know that things could be better. Although we have numerous training opportunities it sounds as if you did not have the opportunity to take advantage of them. You mentioned that the leadership is poorly trained - we understand the importance of on-going education, coaching, and mentoring and make every effort to make sure everyone (including Stylists) participate in our on-going training and development opportunities. It's cool that we provide an income for one to pay the bills but we want to be more than that - we want to foster an environment where you can build a rewarding career, a place that you enjoy coming to, and a place where your talent and expertise is valued. While we set the values, it is up to each individual person to demonstrate them and offer an environment that is inviting for their fellow Stylists and our valued clients. It looks like you still work for us - please feel free to call the home office to discuss your concerns in detail as we sincerely take all concerns seriously.
