some of the best reasons to work for hair cuttery would be because they send you to free educational classes, because hair styles and trends are always changing.

Cons

working with some of the girls, yu become like family, but also there can be drama, and rumors all the time.

Pros

Close-knit group of coworkers, casual/relaxed management style, busy location

Cons

not much flexibility for schedules (have to work late nights), color line is limited and low quality, no support from upper management and salon needed a lot of updates that I think have been taken care of now, but were left in unacceptable condition for a long time. Also, not enough structure to who takes walk-ins, which led to laziness, drama, and bad customer service.
