Pros

Most locations open 7 days a week and evening shifts always available. Free education. Steady walk-in business- (locations vary)

Cons

This company boasts about being a "family" and treating employees as such- furthest from the truth! You are replaceable and treated like a cash cow. You are a number....not an individual. You work extremely hard to meet tiers for higher commission and expected to. You have to sell retail to make the higher commissions, or you will average minimum wage. No matter how long you have worked for the company, they do not value your tenure. You get your name and date posted on the company newsletter-that's it.

It's wonderful to hear that you love our team atmosphere and feel supported in your career development. We know that a busy salon brings its fair share of fast-paced stress, and we appreciate your ability to handle the rush so beautifully. Thank you for everything you do for our clients in Jacksonville! Gustavo Serbia, Chief Human Resources Officer

Pros

Close-knit group of coworkers, casual/relaxed management style, busy location

Cons

not much flexibility for schedules (have to work late nights), color line is limited and low quality, no support from upper management and salon needed a lot of updates that I think have been taken care of now, but were left in unacceptable condition for a long time. Also, not enough structure to who takes walk-ins, which led to laziness, drama, and bad customer service.
