There are so many. They start you at 60% to make you think that you’re going to make so much money. Something but soon you are put on a system that is almost impossible to make 60% unless you are an extremely busy full-time stylist. The owner is crazy and loves to gossip. He calls the stores and talks to the girls to get the gossip and then goes on and tells whoever what they said. He also will ask you about what your manager has done wrong and if you tell him anything he will go and tell the manager what you said. Creates an extremely toxic environment within the salon. I’ve never met a 60-year-old man that acts like such a teenager. Over several weeks I started dreading going to work. My advice, you’re better off at lady janes or great clips.
