Pros

They were usually somewhat steady with walk ins which made it easy to build a clientele. Mostly laid back atmosphere

Cons

Tell you you’re an independent contractor but then make you work set hours. Give you commission and make it based on performance but then also charge you credit card fees and other weird fees out of your credit card tips. Something you wouldn’t know unless you check your numbers in the computer, which usually only management has access to. Drama, drama and more drama. None of the girls could seem to get along when I was there

This team is amazing! Very hands-on and collaborative. No nonsense flexibility and dedication. One of, if not the best, company I have had the pleasure of working with.
