Pros

Couldn’t think of any, I have nothing but negative things to say. Maybe learning how to drive a forklift…

Cons

Poor management. “Training” was manual labor in the the warehouse as well as driving. Numerous 7 to 7 days. Asked to make sacrifices to show commitment. Was told it was not a 9-5 job 8 months in because I was unwilling to work 60 plus hrs a week. Branch manager often yelled and talked down to employees using inappropriate language for a work environment. Zero structure, was also told structure is a privilege, whatever that means… The hardest workers often not recognized and appreciated. Was told numerous times to “figure it out” or “be resourceful” when asking questions which I find extremely disrespectful and not a good working culture. Looked down upon for taking PTO and lunch breaks. I’m not sure if all branches are as bad as this one but I think it has a lot to do with who runs the place. This is not a corporate job.

Pros

My coworkers and my direct manager were great to me.

Cons

So,I was hired under the impression that I was going to take over the aging sales veterans sales leads after they retire. When I started it was a good experience. My manager and coworkers were great! One day I came to work and the manager said “I need to talk to you”. After being there for 8 months my manager said upper management wants to let you go. I was shocked to hear this news ! I would have never expected it. I was an employee that was always on time, never called out, coworkers loved me and gave all my customers white glove service! Upper management said I did not have enough converted sales. The company never gave me a chance. I never received feedback back in sales performance in anyway. I would not recommend working at Hajoca. They do not train you and most of their systems are out dated.
