      Pros

      Haley Residential has been my work family for a little over 3 years and has been a great company to work for. Friendly, caring corporate staff and Regional Mgr. They truly care about their employees and residents. One of the best companies I’ve worked for.

      The pros outweigh any cons.

      Continuing education opportunities, bonus opportunities, fair PTO schedule, accessible corporate team

      Cons

      Have been making some changes and some have been harder than others. Embracing new tech has been difficult to navigate and the idea of saving time is great but it really hasn't saved us any
