Pros
- They only promote from within - Paid sick time - Paid Vacation - Decent yearly raises, based off performance - Decent salaries - Good benefits - Hour paid lunch - Generous employee discount
Cons
- High turn over sometimes can lead to being overwhelmed as we were always short a person. Management did a poor job of hiring good people but you I think that's normal to an extent. For a book store you really can't do better
