Pros
Awesome coworkers, excellent benefits, hour-long lunches, relaxed environment, can basically wear whatever you want, good variety of tasks, buying is fun, excellent discount, holiday bonus is generous.
Cons
Very needy and often helpless customers--especially old people, moms, and kids. Constantly explaining to people that their books are extremely common, not valuable, in bad shape, etc. Low wage--and even maximum raises are low (though benefits and bonuses help). FT is only 35 hrs a week, not 40. Because it's a good company with less turnover than average, can take a while for promotion.
