Pros
Great company culture. The benefits are good and vacation/sick time is very generous. Overall, this is a great place to work, if you have to work retail.
Cons
Benefits diminish each year and the average retail employee does not earn a living wage. There are a lot of "old timers" who have been with the company for 15+ years, and they find it hard to view things with a new perspective.
