Pros
There is no clocking in or out, you are trusted to show up on time and work for your entire shift. The discount is great and you'll get great, thorough training.
Cons
The store was understaffed compared to smaller stores in the district. Daily goals were high and the work was mentally and physically demanding. Hours were not well planned out so you would some days get shifts that were less than 12 hours apart for days in a row.
