Pros
All of the employees are talented in their own way and treat each other like family. Benefits at affordable cost. Personal and sick days. Managers are the best at my store and listen to employees on new ideas.
Cons
Schedule is demanding. Rarely get a weekend day off. Open late. Buying is stressful and sometimes you are distracted by phones and store customers while evaluating a book buy which most times your on time management due to high volume of buys.
