Pros
Great benefits, management often listens to employee feedback, varied schedules so you're not forced to do the same thing for more than a few hours at a time. They make sure you have your whole break and leave on time. Upper management is personable and down-to-earth (you will probably meet the CEO if you're around for more than a year and she's great)
Cons
While it's relatively high paying for retail, it's still not really enough to live on. Angry customers do happen and they are emotionally taxing. No set schedules. Different managers aren't always on the same page.
