Pros
Typically, the store management and staff are great to work with. Great employee discounts. One paid 'holiday' per month if you work them rather than take them off.
Cons
The pay stinks. Even managers don't make much at all. If you're a book lover, get used to throwing perfectly good books away. Stores donate a ton, but it's amazing how many books come in daily.
