If you love books and organizing things it's a great place to work.
Cons
Hired on a a temp part time book seller with a promise of great odds for being hired on fully. Watched the entire group I got hired on with go through interviews and get rejected. One woman had a bachelor's in literature and was working to become a librarian and she got rejected for the full time position because someone else had previous experience as a full time book seller. Disheartening to see someone so over qualified to get rejected.
