Good pay, great benefits (especially medical), friendly atmosphere (depending on your store though), easy retail job for veteran retail employees
Cons
They downplay how much of a warehouse job this can be, management can be pulled in different directions, upper management isn't always there for support, the company can be a little "old school" in their thinking habits
