Pros
Lots of vacation time, you get your own sections which gives a fun sense of ownership. Good medical benefits at the time. Bonuses were divided evenly among everyone in the company which was really cool.
Cons
hourly pay is not spectacular, They closed my store :(, middle management seemed not great but I didn't interact with them much.
