Pros

The benefits are outstanding; especially for retail. The product is great to work with. You never know what will come in the door.

Cons

The starting wage is low, but if you stick with it you can make it into a career. The hours are pretty typical retail, so not really a con.

Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

Cons

Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
