      Good company culture - employees get along well, managers are responsive and actively working to always improve, good pay compared to similar positions

      Cons

      Three month trial period means not a ton to do in the beginning

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
