      Great environment, interesting co-workers, incredible benefits

      Cons

      Terrible pay that is capped eventually. I kept working there because I enjoyed the work, but if you're looking to move up it sometimes seems to take a miracle.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
