      -Great Benefits -Wonderful work family -Lots of inclusive company events -CEO is wonderful

      Cons

      -Experience really depends on the store, as I worked at multiple. Most of them are very welcoming, tight-knit, but some are sorely lacking in management.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
