Upper management is difficult to deal with and really showed how little they cared about long term employees when the pandemic hit. Around 75% of the staff was laid off, with many of them having worked for HPB for 10+ years. Favoritism runs rampant in management at most stores. Customers can be rude about the buying process and often offended by low offers. Not paid enough for the amount of work expected.
