      The discount, and health insurance are amazing. Cool people tend to work there and happiness ensues

      Cons

      the pay sucks, they removed the one hour paid lunch, the stores are getting more and more corporate and there is an old guard so it is hard to advance without being super political

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
