      Great Co-workers, good employee discount, surrounded by books, the work itself was nice i really loved helping customers find books

      Cons

      District manager sucked, ended 401k retirement plans before Covid lockdowns even happened, used covid as an excuse to fire everyone, laid off everyone who had any seniority or benefits or was making more than minimum wage, no room for advancement, shipping practices are from the stone age

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

      Cons

      Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
