Pros
One of the easiest jobs I've ever had, with the exception of the occasional busy period working the buy counter. Amazing place to work if you like collecting books / records / games - you'll build an insane collection. Pretty flexible amount of time off.
Cons
They barely pay you, and raises are embarrassingly low. Feels pretty corporate at times.
