The employees were like family, we helped each other, and stayed in touch after we left. Discount on merchandise.

Cons

The pay was terrible. Corporate doesn't care about the employees at all.

Great coworkers. Get quarterly bonus checks. Not a super hard job.

Cons

Mangement is kinda iffy and they really require you to do a lot more work than you're paid for.
