Corporate does not care about their employees at all. They institute policies that they have no idea what they're talking about and the effects of which they don't actually have to deal with. They handled the covid policy horribly, really showing how little they prioritize their employees safety. They don't support their employees or train them in handling angry and aggravated customers. The pay is horrible for the amount of work we are expected to do.
