Great pay and benefits, laid back work environment, and interesting subject matter to work with. The company treats employees overall very well.
Cons
Sometimes, you'll find yourself working with rather difficult people with no way out (this is a rather hard company to get fired from). Also, the sexual harassment policy is not very strictly enforced at all.
