Pros

Lots of good projects, semi competitive pay, can learn a lot because you’ll be used a lot, sorta flexible work schedule depending on your manager

Cons

Low pay raises, lagging pay raises, extremely competitive, quick to fire when you mess up, upper management is toxic, fired a ton of people just due to stock prices, made more profit than the year before but fired hundreds of people, very little loyalty towards their employees, they work you hard.

Pros

- Quiet workplace environment - Relatively stable work (team dependent) - Can be a decent place to work depending on your needs/ wants

Cons

Overall, here is a summary of the company: - Some good teams- the company has some stronger departments, whereas others are not well supported in the organization - Poor benefits and compensation, slow progression/ no progression of salary, no yearly adjustments, no sick leave - Cross-team communication & collaboration were consistently very unorganized; each team is operating on very different managerial practices - The environment radiates the low-budget, value-engineered work that the company largely takes on, in terms of personalities within the office, as well as overall company morale. This will work for you if you value the stability it provides, but it will be difficult to advance in this organization if you aren't in alignment.
