Pros
Lots of great people who are passionate about what they do. Most everyone here is hungry to make great things and try out new and interesting projects.
Cons
For being part of a successful corporation, this place can be quite stingy with paying their employees. People that have worked here for years are paid far below industry standard, some getting less than a living wage without promise of a raise/promotion. It can be very disheartening and often creates unnecessary anxiety. Recent hires have gotten better salaries, but only because the previous way of doing things caused the turnover rate to be high, which it still is. The infrastructure and management has been all over the place since we’re currently transitioning from operating like a start-up to operating like a corporation. Communication between teams is sometimes okay, sometimes a big struggle. Also, “gift cards” they give you actually get taken out of your own paycheck, so watch out for that.
