Pros
SpiritClips is always willing to take chances and change the way they perceive things. There is an attitude of innovation and passion for the work they do. Every team member is given the opportunity to express themselves and no voice is too small. People are very friendly and welcoming. There is definitely a sense of teamwork. Everyone wants to do their part and tries to make it as fun as possible. I've never worked in such an environment where people were very respectful of my time. I'm never made to feel guilty turning down a meeting over lunch or simply because it is too late in the day after a packed day of other meetings. As a developer it is important to block off large chunks of time to do my work and I find this very invaluable.
Cons
Sometimes being apart of a larger company can be a negative. The slow moving processes of Hallmark don't always jive with what happens at SpiritClips. It's clear that SpiritClips has more of a tech savvy edge and that Hallmark is a big company that's been slowed by years of process building in a non-digital world.
